Unlike most of our competitors, we use de-embrittled high-tensile steel bolts which are designed to bend on impact rather than to shear or snap. In addition, we add compression sleeves inside the bobbins which are designed to allow the retaining bolts to be torqued to the correct specification and not to work loose though vibration.

Evotech Radiator Guard – Triumph Tiger 900 (2020 – 2023)
What protection does an EP motorcycle radiator guard give?
An Evotech Radiator Guard protect the Triumph Tiger radiator system from damage caused by road and off-road debris, while allowing cooling air to pass through - and look good at the same time. A radiator's delicate cooling fins easily bend, and misaligned fins can cause overheating. The radiator's internal cooling galleries can also be holed by stones, which are usually picked up and flung directly into the radiator from the motorcycle's front tyre or passing traffic. Leaking coolant will make the Tiger 900 inoperable because of overheating, which can result in engine damage. This product is protected under the following registered design rights. EU Reg. ESE-D04 HEALTECH Exhaust Servo Eliminator For DUCATI
Remove the bulky and heavy exhaust servo motor when replacing the motorcycle end-can silencer or the full exhaust system. Plus, it will get rid of the FI light coming up when disconnecting the servo motor. Get the job done right with the help of the tiny, but mighty ESE!
Built-in microprocessor ensures optimal function and offers great compatibility. Just plug it in and enjoy the ride! The unit itself is almost smaller than the OEM connector it connects to. Works with all aftermarket slip-ons, full systems and even with the stock exhaust. OEM exhaust cans and systems won’t win a beauty contest these days (and rarely did they in the past), they weigh a lot more than the aftermarket counterparts, sound crap and you never reach the bike’s full potential with them. Whatever is the reason to change your end-can or whole system, removing the exhaust valve will leave you with the dreaded FI light. Install the ESE to take care of that so that the FI light will come on only when it has to – when there’s a trouble with the engine.
