Manufactured from injection-moulded matt black nylon, EP Spindle Bobbins kit for the BMW S 1000 XR offer robust crash protection. With the additional support from the aluminium inner, the spindle bobbins aim to be the first to take impact in an incident and hold the costly front forks, brake calipers and rear swingarm away from harm. The innovative EP design allows the nylon bobbins to rotate above the aluminium to decrease wear and stress on the wheel.

Designed to protect the front wheel spindle and lower forks, EP Front Spindle Bobbins for the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure Rallye TE are a discreet addition to the front end.   Injection-moulded from matt black nylon, the bobbins are reinforced by an aluminium inner.   As the two materials are independent, the nylon slider is able to rotate with impact grab to reduce stress on the wheel and wear on the part.   To assist with installation, a replacement bolt machined with access for the spindle rod to fit through is provided.
