Evotech Rear Spindle Bobbins – BMW R 1300 GS (2024+)

Projecting from the driveline side of the BMW R 1300 GS (2024+), the nylon bobbin head and aluminium centralising spacer protects the rear of the Cardan drive shaft casing, hub and wheel. Made from injection-moulded nylon, the bobbin head sits above an aluminium centralising spacer and revolves with the wheel to minimise impact damage on one area and reduce stress on the wheel. A machined and coated aluminium hub stop on the non-drive side complements the GS’ stylish design.

What is Spindle Bobbin Crash Protection?
Using Evotech Performance's experience and innovative design, EP Rear Spindle Bobbins for the Kawasaki Z900 offer robust protection for your motorcycle. The nylon bobbin head is supported by an aluminium inner, and held in place using a stainless steel through-rod. Should an incident occur, the bobbin is expected to take impact first and should rotate to reduce stress and minimise damage on the rear wheel.
