1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

  • Any additional charges such as Octroi or Entry Taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.), we will notify you promptly.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make up to 2 more attempts.

7. Packaging

All items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

8. Change in Shipping Address

  • Shipping address can only be changed before the order is dispatched.

  • Contact our support team immediately to request an address change.
