At MotoPit Garage, we take pride in delivering high-quality bike parts and accessories. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements for eligible products. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms under which replacements are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

You may request a replacement if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-replaceable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

2. Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Email us at info@motopitgarage.com with your order number and a photo/video showing the issue.

  2. Our team will review and provide instructions, including the return shipping address if applicable.

  3. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Only replacements for eligible issues will be processed.
